Please send us a digital file of your logo by email, and reference your order so that we can ensure that we are connecting the correct logo to your order.

**file size needs to be at least 500K for us to be able to work with

DO NOT SEND US FILES STRAIGHT FROM FACEBOOK PICS, as they are too small!

Please understand that the better the quality of the file we start with, the better chance we will have of getting you a good engraving from the photo.

Once we receive the file, we will let you know if we can work with them or if we may need a different file. Please have patience with this process as the work that is required on a photo to be able to engrave can take a lot of time.

Payment and Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 7-10 days of purchase, but can be shipped earlier if you need it. Please provide the proper information when you order, as this will speed up the time that it takes for us to make your order. Each order is made and etched by us as the order comes in. If the initial information given is not correct or is missing, this will add extra time on to the production time.

Due to the customization of our products, there are no refunds unless it is a mistake on our part. So, please ensure your information and spelling is correct when you send us your order.

Each of our items are individually packaged for shipping. If you are looking at purchasing several items, please email me and we will work up a combined shipping charge for you.
