Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Most of our custom orders are ready to ship within 5-7 days. Please allow that time when you order, but many of our items are ready in less than that time. If you ever need it sooner than the allotted time, please contact us as we would be happy to try to rush your order for you.

We ship USPS Priority Mail for all of our cake toppers within the United States. Our smaller items like keychains and ornaments may be shipped USPS First Class mail. If you need it shipped in a different method, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Shipping times will vary drastically ranging from 7 days up to and in some cases over 30 days. Please take that into consideration when ordering, as we have no control over the speed of delivery once it leaves our hands. I would suggest that you plan ahead, and order well in advance of the time that you need your item.

Packages will ship USPS First Class International Mail, unless other requirements are needed by that particular country. We will contact you if that situation arises.

INSURANCE: Insurance is not offered on the First Class International shipping. If you need insurance we can upgrade to Priority International, or Express International delivery which will also offer delivery confirmation and expedited service. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade to either of these services and we can get you a pricing.

IMPORT FEES: The Buyer assumes all responsibility for paying the import fees. Please check with your customs office so that you are familiar with what they will require. We, as the seller, have no control or responsibility of paying any import fees.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the customization of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds on any of our custom items unless it is a mistake on our part. It is essential that you give us the proper information at the time of order, or contact us through Etsy mail for any changes.

If in the event a situation arises where you are dissatisfied with our products, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item, so that we can work through any issues with you. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our transaction, and we will try to resolve it as best as we can under normal circumstances.

If a situation warrants a refund, please understand that we may require the return of the original item, in its original packaging. If it is due to our mistake we will cover shipping costs. All other situations will be handled on a case by case basis, and may require the return of the item, or if we decide it is beneficial on our part, we may require pictures to assess how to proceed. Please work with us through any process we may need to take in order to resolve your issues.
