Shipping policy

Most of our individual online orders are ready to ship within 3-5 business days. For large quantity orders the time may be longer if we need to order supplies in order to accommodate your request. For larger orders please contact us ahead of time so that we can see if there is any discount pricing available to you. During that process we will let you know if the shipping time/handling time is extended for any reason.

All of our items are custom made after you place your order, so please allow the proper shipping time when you order. 
 If you ever need it sooner than the allotted time, please contact us as we would be happy to try to rush your order for you if possible.

We normally ship USPS Priority Mail for most of our cake toppers, engraved photos and business signs. Our smaller items like key chains and ornaments are sometimes shipped USPS First Class mail. If you need it shipped in a different method,please contact us.

For international orders, please contact us first for shipping costs, prior to purchase. We want to accurately depict international shipping costs at the time of your purchase.
