Refund policy
Due to the customization of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds on any of our custom items unless it is a mistake on our part. It is essential that you give us the proper information at the time of order, or contact us through email for any changes.
If in the event a situation arises where you are dissatisfied with our products, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item, so that we can work through any issues with you. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our transaction, and we will try to resolve it as best as we can under normal circumstances.
If a situation warrants a refund, please understand that we may require the return of the original item, in its original packaging. If it is due to our mistake we will cover shipping costs. All other situations will be handled on a case by case basis, and may require the return of the item, or if we decide it is beneficial on our part, we may require pictures to assess how to proceed. Please work with us through any process we may need to take in order to resolve your issues.
